Realistically, we can;t tell you your ring size based on height and weight because it'll differ. My sister and I are quite similar in height and build, yet she wears a size 3 and I'm comfortable wearing a size 5.
Use a piece of floss to measure the circumference of your finger then convert it to ring size here:
Yeah, idk if you can tell how big your fingers are from your height and weight... my mom isn't big, by any means, but she's a full-figured lady. However, she has tiny little spindly fingers just like me... even though I'm much thinner than she is.
