U should wear the wiggles t shirt and some jeans.wear ur hair in pigtail braids...and u will rock.

jeans rolled up white converse and a nice wollen jumper thats stylish it will get chilly so you can be warm and very stylish if you have high waisted jeans or a good body then id say tank top and maybe like a little oversized jacket but not so over sized it looks like its your dads but like cute over sized the type thats in fashion. maybe a car key one
I'd be wearing jeans, comfy shoes, a printed tee and a cardigan. Given the weather forecast, I'd also be adding some sort of rain protection other than an umbrella. Maybe a disposable poncho that you can shove in the pocket of the jeans? Seems to be standard concert attire for your age group in my area.
