I think wait until you're 15. When my sister was 13 she pierced like 4 pairs of holes in her ears and 2 years later she was laughing and regretting doing that. I got my second ear piercing when I was 15 and I'm 23 and never regretted it. I think just thinking about it for a year or 2 will help solidify whether its the right choice for you. Also, you can always take it out if you realize you don't like it. Have fun!

As long as it's anywhere on your ear, I don't think it's a big deal. I mean obviously don't go too crazy and get every single ear piercing that exists, but one hole in your cartilage isn't going to hurt anyone

Mmmmmmmm I think u should wait to the point ur at least 15.... I got my cartilage pierced at 16 and omg it was sooooo much responsibility and did I mention it hurt soooooooo bad when u tried to sleep...

I think you should wait until you are in your 20s at least. You might change your mind.
