i would say the darker better then the light ones but depending on how light you went they could still look good. sometimes you think something will look good then once you put them together they dont or vise versa. try it all on and see what you think. i think they would go with almost anything

I would say that they match black chinos better and they would probably match lighter jeans but you'd have to just give it a try or put it against light jeans but i love the colour of them!
