5 is enough to you. You are a student. Still you are growing. If you need you can make later :)

About 5 should be okay!

4 or 5 would be good. My mom, when she was young, only wore skirts to school, so 4 or 5 works. I'm 18, and I do know people in private schooling.

you cant wear pants or shorts?

I would start out with maybe 10 skirts because like you said you are not n adult and you will still grow so as you get taller you can buy more, and maybe get them a little long so if you do grow you can still wear them for a while.
