The brand SPANX has what your looking for...check Kohl's &Target &JcPenny's.
Do an internet search for "Lycra Panties". Despite nylon being the dominant fiber used to make pantyhose, Lycra adds the stretchiness and soft silky feeling. Finding panties with at least some Lycra in them is the best place to start.
