I am a cutter myself and before I tried to hide tham with foundation or spray tan...I also wore long sleeved tops but had a lot of hols so I was still warn not over heating....the best thing to do it stop I am gettig help for it and I suggest you do....plz dont think I am being nasty just looking out for you thats all...get better soon babe xxx

Don't hide them, just stop cutting. I know lots of people who have a few scars and I don't judge them or mention it unless I see they're still doing it.

the best way ti hide them is to prevent them from occurring in the first place
