Mens's shoe sizes are two sizes down from womens' shoe sizes. Trust me. I am a womens' eleven, but I often settle for a mens' 9 since it is hard to find size 11 womens' shoes.

I'm an eleven in women's (I'm 5"9 haha) and an eight in men's, so I assume men's is roughly three sizes up.

They're the same, just different styles. if you're a 7 in women's shoes, you're also a 7 in men's.
