amazon or ebay are good but may not be the best quality :)
My personal favourites are: Asos and Boohoo as they have good cheap deals on all the time! There are also the offline stores that have websites like primark. If you are looking for second hand try eBay or Amazon. Hope this helped x

I've found that target, kohls, forever 21 (especially for jewelry) and jcpenney have great deals in their CLEARANCE department online.
Never really thought about it. I don't really buy jewelry, I don't wear earrings, necklaces, makeup or anything like that. :) I recommend Amazon.com
