I bought a pair of shorts yesterday from an American Eagle Outlet, but I realized they were too small! Is there any way I could return the shorts, exchange them for a different pair, or get store credit for the shorts? No. Anything bought in an outlet mall can ONLY be returned to an outlet mall. No exceptions. Regular stores don't even carry what the outlets do and they won't accept it. But, anything bought at a regular store can be returned at an outlet.
