I think they'd look great! I'm not much into dangly earrings tho I'm more of a big bobble type girl. As for shoes you could either wear some sandals or Oxfords in most any color since the dress is black. and if you wanted to switch the dangly earrings out with some bobble type ones you could wear them with a cute statement necklace like this one Hope this helped some!

Yes, silver goes good with white. Its your opinion. If you feel uncomfortable and don't think they match try wearing diamond or brown earrings. Black would would go good too but those silver earrings are fabulous with that dress :)
