You can, but I wouldn't suggest doing it. You'll look like you're at a funeral, rather than a wedding. I would change the color of your shirt if you plan on wearing a black suit. There's no "right" color to look good. Generally speaking though, white and navy are always good choices. Or if you really feel like black is your best bet, choose a different color tie (like red, white or silver) to offset the rest of your outfit. Some cultures believe that wearing all white or all black (especially as a guest) is a sign of mourning.
