personally I wish they did, it has always been a favorite look of mine to see a relatively good body in a speedo (ever better if it is a very good body) but we Americans are prudes, especially the men...god forbid they show how good they look for fear of being labeled as "gay". since when does a beautiful sexy body make a man automatically homosexual...America men are afraid of their own shadows when it comes to that!
Most north Americans have been ruined by their old fashioned religious views and taboos. The church sayeth: cover thyself ! so they do. I wear a speedo in the Caribbean and the people there accept it.

I'm European and most guys that wear tiny swimwear are considered creepy or leechy. They are usually older or trying to hard and think they are amazing. Guys that wear boardies are way hotter! P.s. There are a hell of a lot of weirdos on European beaches we aren't all like that!

In the US, men understand that no one wants to see the vast majority of their bodies. The rest of the world still think so low of women that they believe women actually find their out of shape, fat asses, sexy in some way.
