The love of money. The only hard thing to kill are roaches and it takes roach spray to kill them and it will not kill German roaches.
Any kind of spray will kill flying bugs and flying insects. Except stubborn fire ants and crazy ants.
Not only because there are many different bugs, there are several manufacturers with their own lines of products. Not to mention it's a marketing ploy to show the consumer many options.
It reminds me of something my friend once told me.....He worked at a chicken factory plant and he said "We never changed the chickens, we just changed the label."
Because they all work on different things. Ant spray won't work on slugs for intance.
