I had purple shag carpeting in my room when I was a teen; if you check outlet type places in your area, they might have some; nowadays, though, a color like that might have to be special ordered.

Check your local yellow pages or on line listings for actual carpet dealers and interior decorators, not big box stores.

I am in the process of redoing my daughters bedroom and we need bright purple carpeting to go with the color scheme. I have checked Lowes, Home Depot, and Empire but none have a color that's even close to being what we need. Anyone have any idea where to buy brightly colored carpeting? Wall to wall, not area rugs please. Thanks for any and all help. :)
