Take it to a local sewing machine repair shop and ask for a cord that fits.
If it's really a Russian machine (with an English name????) then the machine may not sew on US house current, as Russia uses 220V 50Hz power and the US uses 120V 60 Hz. Some machines have a switch that allows them to use different power sources, others don't, and would require a step up or stepdown transformer, which is often a pain, particularly with electronics.

I tried searching on Google for parts, but I guess this particular machine is Russian. :( I went on the Janome website and this particular machine isn't listed!
