Small, dark "snout" beetles or "snout weevils" that are found indoors are often rice weevils. We advise looking for a nearby food source nearby such as cereal or dry goods. Dispose of any infested food right away, because that's where they're breeding. Vacuum up any other bugs and then empty the bag so they don't crawl out and potentially re-infest your stuff.

I did find these on my initial search, but I search all area of dry foods and didn't even see 1 of them, so it made me think this was some other critter
