What seems to have happened is common. You see, the overall upholstery/carpet gets an even layer of dust, dirt and such embedded in the fabric/carpet. When moistened during cleaning, the dirt dissolves with the cleaning fluids and is re disbursed within the material, sometimes leaving rings or condensed stains. This can be corrected by re moistening the stains and absorbing it in a towel. The detailing people should have rinsed and dried the interior to avoid such stains from resettling into the interior upholstery/carpet.
Bring the vehicle back and ask them to re shampoo the effected areas. Be nice and say it with a smile.
