The snow itself will not harm them it is the cold and freezing rain that can stunt and deform them if they are sprouting. If they are all the way out it will do nothing.
Probably not. It could happen, but it's rare. Even if it's snowing, it probably isn't really cold out and it will warm up soon.
Will it affect them (the leaf's and trees) in anyway?
