Yes, there is. http://www.homestyler.com/ Click on Create New Design to load the web program. Start by dragging and dropping a square onto the grid, and pulling the walls until the size matches your room. Place your cursor over the green house in the upper left to change from walls to widows, doors, furniture etc. Measure your room so you can set windows and doors accurately on the floor plan. It will take you some time to figure out how to adjust the sizes of doors and turn furniture so it faces the proper direction. Click on Support in the upper right to find more info on how to use these features. There is a 3-D mode that allows you to see the entire room from slightly above a side. This is a free program, and is limited. You can change the wall color and flooring options, but I'm not sure you can change the bedding.

if you want to draw the floor plan you can use the auto cad program but if you don't know how to use it it won't be a helpful idea
