I'm thinking of having Primed Polyurethane Crown Moulding installed. Opinion?

Any pros or cons as compared to real wood? I must say, it looks great in the store.

If it's not in a bathroom area or somewhere with a lot of moisture I would go with primed wood. The polyurethane is really expensive and when it's all said and done it still needs to be caulked and painted. Use a high quality elastic caulking to help prevent cracks.
