Lay out a few teacup saucers with water and a few drops of liquid dishsoap like Sunlight added.. The bugs are attracted to the smell but when they try to land on the water. Which they normally can do on clean water...with the soap, it breaks the surface tension and the flies drown. They will find it even if the dish is on top of the cup-boards. It is not instant but they got good sniffers.
I don't know where they came from I just know they're really annoying and I want to get rid of them! Help!
