That 11.82 inches is meant to cover 1 sq ft. with grout lines (the space between the tiles). So you'd 104 to cover 104 sq. ft.
Doug and Smarty pants are correct. Bur without the actual dimensions there is no way to determine if you will need a tile cutter and additional extra to have a finished job.
Plus 10% to compensate for breakage, bad cuts, and mismeasurement.
