Craigslist. Probably can find it for $200 or less. These are very popular in military housing, so if you are near a military town, check their local for-sale ads.

I've looked around for a twin over full bunk bed and I can't find one I'm a pretty big guy so I need one with some room the ones that I have found are $500-$600 and that's pretty expensive.
