I live near there and my electric is about 100/mo, my water is 50/quarter, my garbage is 27/mo. I use oil and about 1600/year. Gas will be cheaper and more efficient but I keep my temps down to 65F in winter and I stay outside most of summer and only use A/C in bedroom at night. So my bills are lower. Oh and I have Cox for Cable/internet about 125/mo. You will be closer to NY so your bills will be higher most likely. CT is not cheap in any case but closer to NY, closer to NY prices.

My girlfriend and I are looking to purchase a house in Norwalk, CT. We are looking at homes that are approximately 2,000 square feet. We are looking at houses only heated by gas but want to know an approximation of bills for gas/electric/water/sanitation so we can work this into our budget. Any answers would be much appreciated!
