Scratch feed comes in two grain sizes, pellets and granules. I have chickens and three chicks (about 5 weeks old also). I feed them all pellets with no problem. They are free range chickens on two acres so they get plenty of everything they need.

I have some chicks that are about 5weeks old can they have scratch feed and how much and I have them on regular starter grower feed and the chicks are out side in a pen area with grass and dirt avable they play out side all day unless it's raining then off to the coop they run...
