What are you removing color from? If fabric the efficacy varies greatly from slight fade to near complete. If the color has a finisher on it, not every effective. If the color doesn't have finish on it, better. If looking for color stripper for fabric, try fabric store, hobby stores, sometimes hardware in the laundry supplies.
I doubt if you can buy one in a bakery
