So the house is a 3-4 bedroom house. What would the difference be for a single story and a double story house? What about winter vs. summer bills. I'm looking at all possible utilities that come with the house. I believe they're all newer houses. There's 4 young adults living in it. We'll probably be in and out. We have animals so we will need A/C to be running most of the time. And if you have any other comments, maybe what you do to save money on these areas, they would all be grateful!
