cash advance on debit cards?

Even though you use them the same same as a credit card, a debit card is not a credit card. Credit cards you spend the money or get a cash advance, and you have to pay it back to the bank you got the credit card from. A debit card, however, you need to already have the money in a bank account at the bank that issued the card, and the money you spend or get cash from comes out of that account. If the account goes negative, you are overdrawn, just as what happens if you write a check and don't have the money in the account to cover it.

A debit card is for your money. The only advance you can have is from your own money in your bank account. You cannot take out what is not there.

If you mean, "can I get extra money that I don't have" then no. You can withdraw money from your bank account with a debit card but you can't (and shouldn't) go negative.

And your question is? To get cash advance on a debit card will be between you and your bank account.

Don't think you can do that.
