Social Security survivor benefits do not have an asset requirements (not based on your income).
They will end when you graduate from high school or on your 19th birthday, whichever is sooner.
My bf received them when we were kids and he NEVER had any problems as far a earning income went. He actually had multiple jobs.
You can earn a limited amount.
