The Sun, Wind
You of course know that solar photovoltaic and solar thermal is solar power but wind is also solar power as it is from the uneven heating of the Earth giving rise to high and low air pressures. Wave power is from the interaction of the wind upon a large body of water so it too is solar power. Hydro is from the evaporation of water by the Sun and the subsequent precipitation at higher elevations so it too is solar power, biomass is the chemically stored solar energy collected by photosynthesis so it too is solar power. Fossil fuels are ancient biomass so it too is solar power. The only sources of energy that we have which are not solar energy is Tidal which is from the gravity and rotation of the Earth and the Moon, Geothermal which is from the latent heat and nuclear decay inside the Earth and nuclear which are the decay of heavy elements formed by the Star which nova'd before our Sun and solar system formed.
Most of our "sources" of energy both "clean" and "dirty" are solar energy from our Sun. If you give fossil fuels millions of years to reform, it's as clean as any other energy source.
The cleanest free source of energy is hidden from us called "Free-Energy" which was being developed by Nikola Tesla untill someone betrayed him.

Depends. If you want energy in form of electricity it is nuclear power, but if it is just energy, it is the sun
The sun, but hydrothermal is a close second for heating purposes.
