Don't use them energy drinks. They are terrible for you--like the previous Answerer said.
I boosted my energy by simply taking Vitamin B-Complex.
Most daily multivitamins have 100% of the B Vitamins you need, so simply taking a multivitamin in the mornings may help.
Also, avoid highly processed foods, like Hamburger Helper or fast food. Them things really drag you down.
Sugar also slows you down.
I've got a lot more energy by not stuffing myself at mealtimes & eating foods I make from scratch.
