State two limitations of solar energy.?

1. Solar power is limited by how many hours of the day the sun shines. It is unpredictable.

2. High consumption requires a greater area of solar panels. Locations where panels can be place is a limiting factor.

Solar energy that has been captured by photosynthesis and stored chemically by nature over millions of years ( fossil fuels ) represent a release of carbon and hydrogen that had been sequestered from our environment for millions of years thereby changing the cycles in our environment. Fossil fuels are solar energy.

Solar photovoltaics are expensive, as of 2007, the cost of solar photovoltaic power was 38 cents per kwh while the cost of coal energy was 0.6 cents per kwh.

1. Lunar centripetal forces often interfere with the radiation patterns coming from the sun.

2. Aliens main energy source is solar energy. If lifeforms on earth begin to use solar energy excessively, it will run out very quickly and we will all have to move to another universe.

you mean when using it as a source of power instead of petrol

well

-it is lot expensive to buy the solar panel than petrol

-it takes a bit more time to charge up compared to petrol

-it can't be charged at night
