In order to rent a PO box you need an physical address. See if a friend would let you use their address. If not go to a shelter they will provide you with an address temporarily.
You can rent a P.O. Box or ask a friend to have things delivered to their place.
You can always set up a PO box. That way things will just ship to it and you can pick them up there.
