Organic food tastes the same as conventional foods?

I would love to know where one would buy organic food that tastes as good as conventional foods, because all the marked organic foods I have ever eaten tastes like crap.

They taste exactly the same. If you have the same variety of tomato, for example, and raise it either conventionally or organic, you will not be able to taste the difference. If you don't believe me, set up a taste test and see if you can tell.

Quality of produce is a totally different animal. If you are consistently buying bad produce, it will taste bad. Find a new store that sells better tasting stuff!

Buy it direct from the farm and buy from a farm that has been organic at least 7 years. If you bought the food my farm grows you would see that such foods can taste a lot better than conventionally grown foods. But most industrial organic farms (the ones that supply the chain groceries such as Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, Trader Joe's, Kroger's etc.) have been certified Organic less than 3 or 4 years and have not yet gotten their soils to where they need to be for growing nutrient dense foods plus the big farms will cut corners as it takes a lot of time and expense to treat the soil right and they usually are not paid well enough to do so as margins are razor thin in farming.

Upto my experience organic food has better taste than of conventional food.

What have you eaten? How have you prepared it? Not all food is created equal, and who knows, maybe your taste buds are warped by your own consumption.

Just talk to anybody who has switched to Diet Sodas or taken up smoking.
