Solar energy is a method of capturing the suns energy and using it. The suns gives off thermal heat, which can be used to heat water, spaces, and fluids. Solar energy can be converted into electricity to be used everyday to power what we need. The two main ways of doing this is through photovoltaic solar cells and through solar power plants. Solar Power plants capture the suns energy to produce steam which powers generators. Solar panels are used in residential, commercial, and governmental; Solar cells on top of a solar panel will capture the suns energy and convert the energy into electricity.
If you are looking to take advantage of the abundant solar energy the sun produces every day, installing solar panels can help you reduce your carbon footprint while saving money on utility bills.
If you are going to do so, I highly recommend using Silicon Solar products. They are durable, affordable, and of high quality. They also have solar educational kits for adults and kids

I recently installed some solar panels and found that solar energy is actually really basic.
So here is how a solar energy system works in simple english:
The sun shines its rays onto a solar panel of which there are about 3 different types but like I said lets keep this simple... The sun rays are converted into DC electricity which then goes to an inverter that turns the DC into AC so that you can use it in your home. From the inverter it can be plugged into any plug socket in your home and it will start pumping free electric directly into your home electric circuit.
Some countries like the UK will also have some sort of feed in tariff that allows you to earn money on any electricity that you do not use and instead it is feed back into the national grid. With a 4kW solar system this could earn you roughly £12,000-20,000 over a 20 year period.
Solar panel is one of the best sources nowadays to generate electric energy using the sun rays that comes from the sun.
Most of the energy that we use were collected from sunlight and stored chemically through photosynthesis and then buried for millions of years before we find them and distill usable fuels like gasoline and diesel.
Of course, the unimaginative answer is that photons hit the atoms of a solar cell causing electrons to be emitted, the solar cell is designed very much like a diode so the electrons must flow through a circuit before returning.
the sun ′excites′ atoms in a solar panel causing them to vibrate. it is that vibration that creates energie.
how does solar energie work?
