So far as an organic source, you would have to inquire whether or not their source of water, municipal or otherwise, is fluoridated.
Don't be too sure that your spring water contains no fluorides. Some water is naturally fluoridated. A friend sent me a batch of anti-fluoridation literature for comment. I was especially interested in one study comparing IQs in two Chinese villages. Both had fluorine in the water. The one with the higher fluoride content had the lower average IQ. Curiously, the one with the higher IQ had the exact fluoride content in its water that is used when water is artificially fluoridated.
I'm afraid that the only way to tell whether the wine or spring water contains fluorides is to test it.
Just my two cents: wine, especially red wine, has health benefits if consumed moderately. A year without alcohol won't kill you but it might not be the best for you either. I feel much the same about fluorides.
I think the fluoride in food comes from pesticides, not water. Fluoridated water is too expensive for irrigation.
I don't have a source for fluoride free red wine but suggest you look on the internet and local health food stores.
I think you are smart to cut out fluoride. Also be careful not to use too much fluoride toothpaste and to rinse really well. A pea sizes squeeze of toothpaste is all you need. You can reduce your exposure as much as possible.
You might want to research the problems with bottled water first. In my opinion, your concerns about fluoride are unfounded and bottled water would be far worse for you, for your wallet, for the environment and for the people in many countries that privatized water and it's probably just tap water even if it says it's from a spring.
Yes in Romania, natural,no fluoride at all and in USA THAT WINE IS CHEAP LIKE 5$,use to buy alot in Chicago,in general you find Murflatar[thats the name] before Hallowen you find Dracula vine right now i dring red wine make home mmmm

In Sweden the water is not fluoridated.
Fluoride is used in rat poison and many pesticides. It is one of the most poisonous substances on Earth. Grapes get fluoride from the pesticides sprayed on them.
ve decided to try and cut out fluoride for a year and see how it goes.
I've bought some spring water bottled at the source and I can stop drinking any of the water at work, but I like red wine also. I've been reading and there is fluoride in red wine; it comes from the grapes concentrating them when fluoridated water is used in the vineyards.
I can give it up I guess, a year without alcohol might be good too I guess. But I was wondering if there is any country where they don't fluoridate and where they make wine, I was reasoning this country may produce fluoride-free wine?
Any ideas on that? (no advice on how fluoride is good for me is needed! Please just answer my actual question) thanks.
