If you did not click submit then it is unlikely they will get your information, but just to be sure, change the passwords on your accounts or contact customer care at your bank and at paypal about your concerns. You may be made to feel a little foolish for giving up this information so easily as evidenced by previous answerers, but do persist until all your concerns are cleared up for your own peace of mind.
You have not been "hacked" - that would imply someone getting access to your details without your action. In fact, you have been fooled into giving out your personal details voluntarily. Didn't you read those warnings never to enter such details in fake sites just because of a phising e-mail asking you to "update your details"? Why would PayPal need you to re-enter your details if they already had them before?
