People do it different but I'm confused about which is the correct way to walk.

Its heel toe, its so much easier and you have less chance of falling on your face :)

I walk heel toe as for me it's easier than toe heel. Whatever works for you!

You are supposed to touch with your toe first. I used to be in pageants and thats how they made us walk. Gracefully and you touch with your toe first and then lean to your heel.
