It's just at Walmart today at 2pm and i'm wearing a white button down with a black sweater and black slacks, i'm 18 and as they would call "alternative" so i feel comfortable in black, but i have either black studded boots or black TOMS. Closed toe flats or heels.

Make sure your black pants are long and reach the floor and flared at the bottoms and wear nice 4 inch black pumps. Neither of your shoes mentioned are apporpiate.

Boots!! Toms are not the best working shoe .
