I have my 8th grade ceremony this Thursday like a graduation to high school, we'll I got a long dressy the upper part is white and the lower part from the bottom on the boob and down is all black and it's kinda formal and strapless we'll I don't know what shoes to wear or why to wear over it to not show my shoulders . If you want something over your shoulders, how about a cute, lightweight button-down sweater? That might be nice over your dress. As far as shoes go, black or white would be perfect.
