Sunny and warm: Wear a flowy dress from Hollister and white or black vans or converse. Or Flip flops! Windy: a crop top, high waisted jeans or shorts and a flannel tied around the waist with vans! or instead of a flannel you could use a cardigan Cold: jeans, vans and a cute top!
It depends on the weather. If it's hot or warm out, I would wear short jeans or black leggings (Vans or Converse are great to wear too) and just like a V-Neck shirt. If its cold out, wear long jeans and V-Neck shirt with a light jacket. Like the ones you buy from Victoria Secret. Personally, I'm the type of causal person.
