I think a solid color v neck t shirt would look super cute. Give it a nice pop of color. I would probably pick red. Then some nice sandals you are good to go

Solid coloured muscle tee!

A regular white shirt or tee and if you have converse wear those but if not wear flip flops Hope u have fun in the sun!

Get a cute black or white crop top and a summer type cardigan. Forever 21 is your best shot at both of these
