I think you should wear heels. some guys are attracted to taller girls and some aren't. but you should just wear them im sure you will look gorgeous :)
Naturally, I'm 5'9" and I wear five inch heels and I feel amazing! Go for it, girl. Height is sexy! Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

I'm the same height as you and I think ballet flats might be a better option. If you want to wear heels, maybe a wedge would be a good option too. But whatever you are comfiest in.x
Wear whatever's comfy. Don't wear heels just to be taller, if you like heels, wear them.
I'm tall and thin myself, I started off with kitten heels but moved on to taller ones once I learned to walk in them lol Yes, heels will elongate your legs which can be your best asset! Wear them when they are comfortable and suitable for the occasion! Hope this helps :)
