I don't want everyone seeing whats under it, but it doesn't have much of a back. What can I do to be able to wear it without everything showing?

Get a bandeau. Those are super cute! :)

You could wear a sports bra underneath

I usually wear a camo top underneath (white) a bandeau works well too, you could also get cropped camis or longer bandeau
