Aha I had to do the same thing. I asked a friend with buy it with his credit/debit card and paid him back in cash :)

You can set up an ebay account at pretty much any age. If you purchase a per-payed credit card you won't have to open a bank account either.

Well, if you're sixteen you're old enough to open an eBay account, so just do thsat and buy one. Just make sure your parents aren't around when its delivered (or have it delivered somewhere else with someone you trust).
