So if i DO out grow it and show it to a fashion designer or something, will they be able make a perfectly identical skirt only bigger?

I'm sure they could but sounds expensive. There's so much stuff on the internet surely you could find the same skirt or something similar enough? Maybe post a picture of it?

well the problem is that the skirt was brought on a holiday trip to another country. And its got lots of net and stuff so it'll be very hard to alter.

You could take it to a tailor and they could alter the skirt a little bit, or you could go back to the store and buy a bigger size for when you do outgrow it and just keep it in your closet.
