My parents are renovating our house and have decided to add in a walk in robe to my bedroom. I am wondering if a 2.4metre by 1.7 metre walk in robe is too small. Please help.

Just how much crap do you have?! That's bigger than my wardrobe, my husbands wardrobe AND my three childrens wardrobes combined. If it's not big enough you seriously need to declutter and start investing in classic, quality pieces rather than hundreds of low end items.
