Yes, some men in some magazines actually model hot pants and shorts. Just not SHORT shorts, the type that would show the girls how annoyingly shorter the shorts of that man is compare to theirs due to the fact that it hurts their eyes just from looking at it. If you consider wearing hot pants and shorts un cool, just wear it with confidence and BOOM! swagger! I see some of the guys in my school wear shorts when it's a particularly hot day. Their hot pants are black or faded blue and mostly with chains and band insignia... But what really matters is how you wear the hot pants and the shorts. Either with confidence, with pride, or just because its a hot day.
Unless you are super masculine, (meaning a bit a rough look) you won't get away with it, without attracting gay people! Normal shorts for you my friend!
