Look for a brand that has a height and weight chart on their sizing and find a size that accomodates your height as well as your weight then go for the next size up. That's how I choose my thigh highs and have never gone wrong once with it.

I found a thigh high sizing chart. For my height (5'9") I should choose between 5x-6x. And 6x is for more fuller thighs. So glad I used the sizing chart. :)
